Richard Jaggie

Age 79, passed peacefully on September 25, 2019, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy
Mother Church. Beloved “Prince” to Anna Marie (Nuelle) Jaggie. Born in St. Louis on June
26, 1940. One of 9 children and dear son of the late John E. Jaggie and Laura V. (Fuldner)
Jaggie. Richard was a father to 6 children, Kelly Jaggie, Joseph Jaggie, Michael (Patricia)
Konersman, Mark (Cheryl) Konersman, Barbara (John) Charles, and Donna (Martin)
Stephens. Dear Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, and Friend to Many.
Nothing could harness his boundless energy allowing him to start his own fencing business,
he owned “Best-in-Show” prize dogs, involved in several Interior Design companies that lead
to opening a furniture store, The Barstool Gallery (25years). And of course, he was a proud and
loyal beer brewer for 36 years at Anheuser-Busch belonging to the Brewers & Maltsters Union
Local #6.
Even through his long battle with brain cancer and several strokes, he was a kind and
generous man who loved to laugh. He was known for his warm heart and his infamous sense
of humor. His joys in life were family, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, Hot Rod cars and 50’s
music that would make you want to dance. He will be missed.
